We are currently in the process of upgrading our system. As we migrate and train everyone on the new version, you will have access to both the old version "classic view" and the new version "new view". You are welcome to use either view as they both provide the same information just in different layouts. Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you.
For issues related to the Enterprise Access application, please contact Cerner Provider Portal Support by email at mmd.cmh-support.healthcare@cerner.com. Alternatively, Cerner Provider Portal Support can be reached weekdays from 7:00am to 8:00pm (CT) at (877) 210-3491. Weekend and holiday support is available on call.
When e-mailing Cerner Provider Portal Support, please do not include PHI (Protected Health Information) that includes Patient Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, etc. If this information is necessary to describe the issue, please call our support line.
